Amateur Championship Last Chance Qualifying – Eagle's Landing Country Club

ELIGIBILITY

Open to male amateur golfers that are residents of the State of Georgia.

FIELD

84 players’ maximum at this last chance qualifying site.

FORMAT

18 hole individual stroke play qualifier. A total of 144 players will advance to the Championship proper. Qualifying places will be awarded according to a pro-rated formula.  You will be informed as to the number of qualifying places in your section the day of qualifying.

CHAMPIONSHIP FEE

Player’s advancing to the Championship will be responsible for a $150.00 Championship fee.  This fee will be charged to the player when they accept the online invitation.    

PRACTICE ROUNDS

One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated dates and times below. Please call Eagle's Landing Country Club to reserve your practice round starting time. Practice round cart and range fee is $30 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

• Weekdays, anytime based on availability
• Weekends, after 1:00 p.m. based on availability

YARDAGES & TEES

The BLACK tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the qualifying round.  Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. We will be playing the CREEK/LAKE courses.

GOLF SHOP &

DRIVING RANGE:

The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:30 a.m. on the day of qualifying.

STARTING TIMES

Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the clubs the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on June 23. 

REGISTRATION

No formal registration will be held on site. 

CARTS

Practice round cart and range fee is $30 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee.

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY

FOOD SERVICE

Food service will be available in the clubhouse and via a beverage cart stationed outside the clubhouse.

REFUND POLICY

A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by notifying the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or via e-mail.
