This Junior event is open to all girls who are under the age of 18 on 1st January of the year of competition

 

Girls of all handicaps may take part in this singles strokeplay competition.

The winner with the Best Nett score on the day is awarded the Margaret Crofton Trophy.

 

In addition the top 8 Best Nett players on the day qualify to play in a matchplay knockout the winner of which is awarded the Barlow Bowl.

 

 

The Barlow Bowl was presented by Maureen Barlow who was the daughter of Vicki Wilkinson - who became a Vice President of the County in 1983

The Barlow Bowl Runner-up Trophy was presented in 2001 by Mrs Anne Herbert of Gosforth Park who was County Captain in 2002 and County President in 2013-14
