In addition to that information, the following specific points should be noted with regard to this Championship:

Schedule 

Date: Monday 29th July 

Venue: Ashbourne Golf Club

Tee Times: 08:00am - 2:30pm 

 

Presentation of Prizes approx. 20 minutes after conclusion of play. 

Format

18 Holes Stroke Play 
Practice Round Bookings

Players can book one complimentary practice round through the Pro Shop at Ashbourne Golf Club.

Please note that entry into the Championship confers no other rights to access the facilities of Ashbourne Golf Club, except on terms provided by the Club and in this instance by prior arrangement. Any entrant attempting to access the facilities without prior permission of 
the club will have their entry from the championship withdrawn without a refund. 

Draw  

The Draw for the Championship will be published seven days before the event is due to commence.  

 

Anyone who is included in the Starting List will be included in the Championship Draw accordingly.  

Withdrawals  

Withdrawals policy will apply and must be advised in advance to sheilaobyrne@golfireland.ie   

 

Registration  

All competitors must register with a Golf Ireland official on arrival at least 30 minutes in advance of their official tee time.

Local Rules  

Golf Ireland Hard Card is in operation and can be obtained from the Player's Lounge.    

Course & Tees  

Play will be from the White Tees.  
Ties

Three-hole playoff in the event of a tie for the Championship, in accordance with Section A, Regulation 10 of the General Regulations. 

Practice facilities  

Area available – players to provide their own golf balls.   

Catering & Clubhouse   

Tea/Coffee and scones from 7am-8am. Full breakfast menu available from 8am.

 

All catering must be paid on the day by participants
