LEINSTER GIRLS’ OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP – JUDY O’BRIEN-KENNEY TROPHY

a) Age Group: Under-18 in accordance with Section A of the General Regulations
b) Gender: Female
c) Handicap : Maximum Handicap Index of 20.4
d) Eligibility: See Section A of the General Regulations
e) Size of Field: 60
f) Ballot: See Appendix 1 - Lowest Handicap Index at the close of entry
g) Form of Play: Stroke Play
h) No. of Rounds: Three. There will be a cut after Round 2 with the leading 24 players plus ties advancing to Round 3.
i) Ties: Three-hole playoff in the event of a tie for the Championship, in accordance with Section A, Regulation 10 of the General Regulations.
LEINSTER UNDER-18 BOYS’ AMATEUR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP

a) Age Group: Boys (Under 18) as set out in Section A of the General Regulations
b) Gender: Male
c) Handicap : The maximum Handicap Index is 7.0 or below (players with a Handicap Index 7.1 or higher are not eligible to compete)
d) Eligibility: See Section A of the General Regulations
e) Size of Field: 102
f) Ballot: See Appendix 1 - Lowest Handicap Index at the close of entries. The leading 6 gross qualifiers from the Leinster Boys U18 Close Championship shall be included, each of whom must have entered the Leinster U18 Open Championship.
At the Committee’s discretion, the field may include up to two members of Leinster Region High Performance Panels whose Handicap Index is within 1.0 of the cut-off and who have entered the Championship.
g) Form of Play: Stroke Play
h) No. of Rounds: Three
i) Cut: Top 39 plus ties after two rounds
j) Ties: Three-hole playoff in the event of a tie for the Championship, in accordance with Section A, Regulation 10 of the General Regulations.
