CONNACHT GIRLS’ (UNDER-18) AMATEUR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP
a) Age Group: Under-18 on 1 January in the year of the event
b) Gender: Female
c) Handicap Eligibility: A player with a Handicap Index of 28.1 or higher at close of entries is not eligible to compete.
d) Eligibility: See Section A of the General Regulations
e) Size of Field: Will be set by the Regional Championships Committee subject to daylight and host club availability.
f) Ballot: Lowest Handicap Index at the close of entries
g) Form of Play: Stroke play
h) No. of Rounds: 54 holes of stroke play (one round of 18 holes on each day)
i) Cut: Top - 30 plus ties after 36 holes
j) Ties: In the event of a tie for the Championship there will be a sudden-death playoff immediately after the final card has been returned.
