Per Jude Winkley’s conversation with Diane Gordon:

 

“Seasonal Linens” which are champagne table cloths and champagne or dark blue napkins are now included in the price of the food quoted, which will be about a $1-2 addition per person.  Event organizers should confirm this in the Food Contract!

 

Special colors ordered are at an Extra Charge.

 

Diane has personally-owned supply of both table cloths and napkins.  These are mostly polyester.  There are enough white table cloths and napkins to cover most of our events.  There are also lots of miscellaneous colored napkins, probably not enough to have all one color at any of our events.  These she launders and irons herself and is willing to provide these to us at no extra charge. Always discuss with her to confirm that this will be the case for any specific event.

 

However, note that the Club does not charge for set up (as do other clubs).

 

Note: The change is due to rising costs on all fronts.  As we all have experienced, the cost of food is increasing, substantially in some areas.  Their supplier is now charging for delivery (new vehicles, price of fuel), and linen service costs have risen.
