REGISTRATION
All players must register prior to beginning play on August 20th.
A registration table/are will be identified at the host course.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to complimentary practice rounds at Avon Valley Golf & Country Club prior to the event.

Players can book their practice for any time Monday - Friday. Due to a high volume of play on the weekends, players are asked to book their practice round after 2:00pm if they wish to play on Saturday and Sunday. Players will not be able to book practice rounds on holidays.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the event will be communicated two weeks before the event. The starting times for day two will communicated as soon as possible after day one scores are posted.
CADDIES
Caddies are allowed.
A player must identify their caddie to the starter prior starting play on each day of the competition.
IMPORTANT - A player is responsible for a caddie's actions during a round and to know the Rules of Golf as they pertain to the use of a caddie - please refer to Rule 10.3. Please also be reminded that a Caddie is not a Spectator and vice versa.
