ELIGIBILITY |
Entries are open to male amateur golfers who are members of the representing club entry. Handicap indexes listed in the current revision at the time entries close will be used in determining eligibility. |

FIELD |
30 MEMBER CLUBS. The field is limited to 30 teams representing GSGA Member Clubs, on a first-come first-serve basis. A club may enter more than one team. The club’s #1 team will be placed in the field and the #2 team will go on the alternate list to be put in the field on a first-come first-serve basis to reach a full field of 30 teams. |

FORMAT |
36 holes stroke play. First round – 18 holes of four-ball stroke play with both scores counting as the team score. Second round – 18 holes, individual stroke play with the low three scores of the four team members counting as the team score. Players will be paired based on the order submitted by the club, i.e., players #1 and #2 and players #3 and #4. Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at www.gsga.org and at the club prior to the tournament. |

PRACTICE ROUNDS |
Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below prior to the competition. Please call The Georgia Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation. Practice round cart and range fee is $30 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. Additional practice rounds are available based on availability at regular green fee rates.

YARDAGES & TEES |
A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized from the RED and BLACK courses. Yardages will be posted to the event details page as soon as they are available. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. A complete practice yardage sheet will be provided for players playing practice rounds. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE: |
The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:30 a.m. each day of competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES |
Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on October 21. |

REGISTRATION |
No formal registration will be held on site. Player/Team withdraws may be called or e-mailed in to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. |

CARTS |
Practice carts and range fees are $30 plus tax. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. |

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY |

FOOD SERVICE |
Food service will be available in the clubhouse. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. |

PRIZES |
Prizes will be awarded to the low seven teams, based on a full field. |

REFUND POLICY |
A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email to radams@gsga.org |
