2024 Board Members of the

            RACCOON CREEK WEEKDAY MEN’S CLUB

 

Following are the 2024 member of the Board of Directors by position and what the responsibilities are for each individual:

 

President:  John Records, john@centraldevelopment.com; (303) 919-0441; John is responsible for the operation of the Weekday Men’s Club, coordination with Raccoon Creek Golf Course, scheduling and conducting all board and membership meetings.

              Vice President:  Jon DeBoer, santajon@centurylink.net; (303) 907-8965; Jon is the backup for John Records and will assume his responsibilities in the event John cannot fulfil them.

              Secretary:  Paul Gesso,  paulgesso@gmail.com; (303) 870-4896; Paul is responsible for all communications with the membership other than through Golf Genius.  He has primary responsibility for our website on Golf Genius.  Paul  is the backup for Jon DeBoer.

              Treasurer:  Bill McMahon, applemedical1@mindspring.com; (303) 883-4116;  Bill is in charge of anything having to do with money to include annual budgets, memberships and membership records, and tournament payouts (prize money, skins, CTP).  In addition, he coordinates finances between the Club and the course.  Todd Rowan is the backup.

              Tournament Chairman:  Todd Rowan, todd_rowan@hotmail.com; (720) 936-7184; Todd is responsible for setting up all tournaments and running them from start to finish including invitations to play through Golf Genius, taking care of any needs of the golfers (walking v. riding, side games) and ensuring scores and finishes are accurate.  Andy Mills is the backup.

              Rules/Handicap Chairman:  Andy Mills, andywmills@comcast.net; (303) 515-5284;  Andy ensures that all players play by the rules of golf and that handicap information is accurate using the GHIN system in coordination with Golf Genius.  He assists the Tournament Chair with the running of tournaments and takes over when the Tournament Chair is unavailable.  Todd Rowan and Jon DeBoer are the backups.

              Director at Large:  Jon Cram,  jjcram@gmail.com; (303) 944-9636;  Jon will run the Ringer and Match Play Tournaments with help from John Records.
