Jani-King MAPGA Match Play (Silvercrest Cup Q) 

This is a Player of the Year Points Event for the Open and Women's Categories

Date: May 13th-14th, 2024

Location: Old Trail GC - Crozet, VA

Eligibility: Middle Atlantic PGA Section Members (excluding A-3 and Inactive) and Associates with playing privileges. All must be in good standing as of the tournament entry deadline, the date of the qualifier, and each match.

Entry Fee: $190 per person. 

Start Times: Shotgun start at 9:30 AM on Monday with matches following in the afternoon.  Tuesday Matches will start at 8 AM and afternoon matches starting around 12 PM.  

Practice Rounds - Please contact Old Trail Golf Shop. 

Format: 18 hole Qualifying Round then Singles Match Play.   Defending champ (Steve Delmar) will still be the #1 seed. 

Monday: Shotgun qualifying round will start at 9 AM.  The 1st Round (64) will begin at 1:30 PM 

Tuesday:  The 2nd Round (32) will begin Tuesday morning.  The 3rd Round will begin Tuesday afternoon.

The Quarter-finals will be played on your own.  

The final two matches will be played on a date to be announced.  The semi-final matches will tee of in the morning, and the 18-hole championship match will tee off after lunch.

If we are not able to complete any or all of the first 4 rounds, players will arrange their own matches.  Deadlines for each match will be announced based on the number of rounds that must be played before a date to be announced. If any of the matches cannot be completed and the opponents cannot agree on how to complete the match, the tournament director, working with the Tournament Committee, shall resolve how the match(es) will be settled.

Tees: There will be two sets of tees (one set for men and one set of tees for women set at approximately 85% of the men's tees).  There are NO senior tees.
