REGISTRATION and BENEFIT INFORMATION

 

Registration Fee: The Wellshire Men’s Golf Club Tournament Players Club Membership Fee is $200, paid by credit card. Membership includes the following benefits:

5. Opportunity to enter all tournaments (additional entry fee required).
5. USGA GHIN Handicap for the year (valid from 3/15/2024-11/15/2024)
5. Two Banquets (Spring and Fall) and 2 Post Tournament Picnics.
5. Tournament prizes include:
   • Pro Shop Credit
   • Par 3 closest-to-the-pin awards
   • Net Skins
   • HOLE-in-ONE pot
   • Optional Gross Skins games

 

Pre-Season Referral Program (ends April 15):  Existing members are eligible for $25 in cash for every New Member they refer to the WMGC. To be eligible both the existing and new member(s) must sign up online and pay in full.

 

New Members: If you’ve had an Official USGA Handicap/GHIN within the last 2 years, please have your GHIN number and club name available when you sign up for the club.

 

Your GHIN will be active once your application is approved. This process can take several days. You will be notified by Todd Jansen with your GHIN number, once complete. 

 

With successful membership registration you will receive a Welcome Member Letter with instructions to create a unique login which provides access to our Golf Genius Web site and instructions on how to navigate our site. 

 

 *New Tournament Players Club Members without an established handicap will be contacted via email by the Handicap Chairman, Todd Jansen, with your assigned GHIN number and necessary requirements to establish a Handicap Index. Those players joining WMGC as Tournament Players with established handicaps will be reviewed by the Handicap Chairman & Handicap Committee.

Tournament Schedule: Follow the link above for the current Tentative Schedule. Please note all Tournaments are held during weekends, there is no tournament play Monday-Friday, except for team or singles match play. Tee times are based on flight and rotate throughout the year.

 

Estimated Flights by Handicap: We try to play with flights of 20-25 players and will add an additional flight as necessary. A player’s flight is determined by their handicap, ranked vs the field, then split evenly. All players within a flight play the same tees.
