CADDIES: Caddies are allowed for this championship. Please read over the below information to understand the options caddies have. Please relay these options to any potential caddie in advance of the championship.

  • Golf Cart - If a caddie chooses to, they may rent a separate golf cart from the pro shop. The Bear's Best cart fee is $40 per day. Caddie carts that are rented are for caddies only and players must still ride in their designated cart provided by the committee or choose to walk. Renting a caddie cart does not allow for a player and a caddie to ride in the same cart during the championship.
  • Walk - A caddie can also choose to walk. Please note that the pace of play policy will be set at or under a maximum of 4 hours and 25 minutes for the round. Caddies who choose to walk must be able to keep up with their group and maintain pace with the group in front of them and also the pace of play policy as written on the rules sheet.

SPECTATORS: Spectators are also permitted. Spectators MUST remain on the cart paths at all times. Spectators may also be permitted to rent a golf cart for the cart fee of $40 per day.

  • Important Note: There is no guarantee of the availability of spectator carts. It will be based on availability and priority will be given to caddies over spectators. The final decision will be made by the golf course and the committee in charge of the competition.

OTHER INFO: Soft spikes are required. Nevada State dress code is in effect. Non-conforming clubs are prohibited although we will not be enforcing the 2010 groove rule.

QUESTIONS: Contact Tim Brand at Tbrand@snga.org.

STATE REFUND POLICY: After the established deadline for a Nevada State event, players can only receive a refund if there is a waiting list of players and a wait listed player agrees to fill that spot. Cases such as death in the family or serious illness such as hospitalization can be reviewed on a case by case basis.

NOTE: There will be an automatic $25 processing fee associated with any refund issued for a cancellation prior to the registration closing date.
