Golf Course Use

 

Rules of Play for the 2024 season:

 

  • Family Course Pass holders may play starting at 6:06pm, any day of the week based on availability.
  • Limited tee times on Monday’s due to course maintenance program in the evening (only 6:06pm, 6:15pm tee times available). 
  • Black out days in which family pass holders cannot play due to other events in the evening are May 21st & July 17th. 
  • All golf must be played as a family unit, meaning at least one child dependent (17 and under) must be present in the group for rounds played on the family course.
  • Access to our practice facilities (driving range, putting green and chipping green) permitted starting at 5:00pm on days when a tee time has been booked. Note that the driving range is closed every Thursday evening for maintenance.
  • Dress code for play is collared shirts for men/boys, shirts with sleeves for ladies (sleeveless shirts must have a collar), and no denim for all players.
  • Golf may be played from only the Level 1 or Level 2 Family Tees. The majority of 9 hole rounds will be played on the front nine, although there will be days where the back nine is available for play. Anticipated days for back nine play are May 17th, June 14th, July 12th, August 9th, & September 13th. 
  • Family pass groups will maintain their position on the golf course relative to other groups. We have set a realistic time goal to complete 9-hole rounds in 2 hours or less.
  • Family pass is valid until September 2nd (due to limited daylight).
  • For safety reasons everyone must be off the golf course before sunset.
  • Pass holders may book tee times up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • Pass holders may have a maximum of 2 tee times in the system at any one time (i.e. 2 times per family).
  • For better access to the golf course it is advised that Pass holders book a tee time in advance, through online reservations.
