Championship Entry Fee: $150/player; includes cart and range balls

Eligibility: This tournament is open to any male amateur who has reached 55 years of age by midnight of September 9. Mid-Masters must have reached 40 years of age by midnight of September 9 but not 54 years of age by midnight of September 9. Super Seniors must have reached 65 years of age by midnight of September 9.  See Format/Field Size in the Championship Information section for handicap limits for the championship. All contestants must be a member of an MSGA Member Club with an appropriate up-to-date USGA Index. The Handicap index must be at the member club shown on the entry form, must be current on the date of the event and must be viewable on the verification site of GHIN.com

 

Any entry may be rejected by the MSGA at any time, including during the competition.  The reason for rejection of entry may include unbecoming conduct, such as violation of host club policies, or failure to comply with the requirements of the handicap system.

 

Refund Policy: A withdrawal made prior to seven days of the event will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. To withdraw prior to the entry deadline, players should do so through their Golf Genius user profile. After the entry deadline has passed players should call the MSGA at 410-653-5300 or email the staff in charge listed below. There will not be a refund if a withdrawal is received less than seven days prior to the event without a written medical excuse. All withdrawals are subject to the $25 processing fee.
