• Day 1 Thursday 29^th August first round from 8.30 am; second round from 1.30pm
• Day 2 Saturday 31 August first tee at 11.00am for top 8 players from day 1 only
• Day 3 Sunday 1 September semi finals at 8.00am; final at 1.30pm

2. Practice rounds

• These can be arranged directly with the club – county card rates apply

3. Golf before play on day 1

• The clubhouse will be open from 7.00am
• Wifi is available on the HHGC-Guest network; password is “takeamulligan1”
• Teas and coffees will be available to purchase from the bar but a breakfast service is not available
• The registration desk will be situated upstairs in/on the balcony and will open at 7.45am
• When registering please be ready to confirm your Handicap Index
• You will be issued with your card for Round 1
• As there is only a short break at lunchtime, it is advisable to order before you play – a member from Hadden Hill will be taking orders from the clubhouse menu - see separate attachment.

4. Golf – the competition

• Day 1 – 36 holes strokeplay medal
• Please arrive at the tee 10 mins beforehand and report to the starter who will advise of any special course conditions on the day
• Referees will be available – their phone numbers will be on the card.
• Day 2 - Top 8 best gross from day 1 will qualify for match play quarter-finals
• Day 3 – Semi-finals and then Final of match play.

5. After play / presentation of prizes / refreshments

• The entry fee does not include teas/ coffees or additional refreshments but the bar will be open. The kitchen will be closed at 4.00pm
• The presentation after play will include the Lucy Davies trophy for best net over 36 holes; the Seniors cup for best gross over first round (over 50s) and announcement of the qualifiers for the match play quarter-finals on Saturday.
