The GAM heads to Eagle Eye GC for the GAM Senior Four-Ball. Grab a partner and see if you have what it takes to challenge for a piece of GAM hardware in 2024.

 

Who: Entries are open to male amateur golfers who: (1) have reached their 55th birthday on or before August 19, 2024, (2) have an up-to-date WHS Handicap Index, (3) have an individual Handicap Index not exceeding 7.4 strokes and (4) are individual members of the GAM at time of entry. 

 

When: Monday, August 19, 2024 - Tuesday, August 20, 2024

 

Where: Eagle Eye Golf Club

 

Format: This competition is a two-person team tournament known as Four-Ball Stroke Play in the Rules of Golf (Rule 23). In Four-Ball Stroke Play, two competitors play as partners, each playing his own ball. The lower gross score of the partners is the team score for the hole. (This form of play is often referred to as “Best Ball.”)

Entry Fee: $360/Team

 

Exempt Registration: Teams that meet the following criteria will be able to register two weeks prior to the Registration Open Date

- Top 5 and ties in the Senior Division in 2023: Dan Gillig/Rick Williams, David LeVan/Bill Ulle, Vaughan Stevens/Michael Zoerhoff, Frank Comito/Gary Rymiszewski, Leo Daigle/Kevin Klemet, David Goodyke/Doug Temple

- Top 3 and ties in the Super Senior Division in 2023: Ray Emsley/Ron Perrine, Rick Herpich/Tom Rex, Jeff Knudson/Keith Potter

- Host and Committee Exemptions: Scott King/Stephen Martin
