Mountain Dell Men's League 2024

 

 

2024 Registration: Registration is now open. For new members, please use GGID: AAE4K4 to register.

 

Membership Dues: $35

 

Start Dates: We will have a season kick-off tournament on Saturday, May 11 on the Canyon Course. The first day of league play will be on May 16 on the Canyon Course.

 

 

Handicap:  All members must register with the UGA and establish a handicap through the World Golf Handicap System.  For those players who do not have an established handicap in time for the first event, we will post the last 3 scores from the men’s league in 2023 to establish your handicap index. For 9-hole players, we will use your last 6 scores to establish a handicap index. We will be posting scores from men’s league events automatically so no need for you to post your score.

 

Entry fees:  Weekly entry fees will be $10.  $8 will go towards the weekly gross and net game, $1 will go towards gross skins, and $1 will go towards net skins.

 

Check-In: All players must check-in and pay the appropriate green fees and the weekly entry fee.   

 

Tees Played:  Please write on your scorecard which tees you played  Players with an index of 12.9 and below will play the blue tees, 13 and above or players age 60 and above play the white tees.  Players 70 and above may play the gold tees.  Keep in mind the further up a player moves the less handicap he will receive.

 

Scorecard: Return your scorecard to the golf shop WITH FIRST and LAST NAME, and TEES PLAYED.  All scorecards must have two signatures on the card to verify scores were recorded accurately. (Scorecards without this information may be disqualified.)

 

RESULTS:  Results will be emailed and posted either the evening of the event or no later than the next day. We will be utilizing live scoring within Golf Genius Software throughout the day.

 

Standing Tee Times: Please email chris.richards@slcgov.com to secure a tee time throughout the season.  We will do our best to accommodate past tee times and accept new members. Click here to view 2023 Standing Times.

 

*Starting in 2024, will charge a no-show fee of $20 (9-holes) or $40 (18-holes) per player if you fail to show up for your tee time without notifying a staff member.  You have up to 24 hours before your scheduled time to cancel. Please call in advance to cancel your tee time.
