Courtesy Practice Rounds: A practice round may be scheduled by calling the golf shop and identifying yourself as a player in the field. Cost of a practice round will be $20 (whether a player walks or rides).

Starting Times:  Play will begin at 7:30 a.m. off both the 1st and 10th tees.

 

WithdrawalsPlease advise the Mass Golf office immediately at (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the Mass Golf office may disqualify the player from future USGA competition. Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 4 qualifying spots, 2 alternates

 

Distance Devices:  The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.

 

Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation is permitted. There are a limite to 2 carts per group. Players should check in with the golf shop on the day of the qualifier to purchase their cart if they wish to use one: cart fee will be $20. Pull/push carts will also be permitted.

Caddies: Caddies are allowed. Players may provide their own and should be prepared to bring their own if they want to utilize a caddie as Allendale CC does not have caddies.

 

Golf Ball:  The One-Ball Rule will be in effect.  See Appendix I of the Rules of Golf.

 

Competition Tees/ Yardage: The competition will be played from the approximately the MIDDLE (white) tees (Approx 6,400 yard; par 72).

 

Golf Shop and Practice Facilities:  Open and available at 6:30 am. The driving range will be off of mats only. The driving range is limited to 200 yards or less. Lunch will be available for purchase in the restaurant (building separate from the pro shop) starting at 11:00 am, both cash and credit are accepted.

 

Dress CodePlease observe the USGA dress code as stated in the U.S. Senior Amateur Championship application.

*There will be no regsitration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to recieve local rules, scorecard, etc. 10-15 minutes prior to your starting time.
