Please note that the format of this Championship is as follows: Three rounds of Stroke Play One round on each day with a cut for the final round. Thursday 21st August Official Practice Day Friday 22nd August Championship Round 1 (0800 – 1420) Saturday 23rd August Championship Round 2 (0800 – 1420) Cut after Round 2 (no. to be determined) Sunday 24th August Championship Round 3 (0830 – last tee time approximately 1200) Please note that the above times may be subject to change. Presentation of Prizes will take place approximately 20 minutes after conclusion of play. |

Practice Facilities |
There are 6 Bays at the Driving Range which is a short walk from the clubhouse. (IRONS ONLY) There are practice nets on the 1st tee and a practice putting green in front of clubhouse. There are also chipping and putting practice areas across the car park. |

Starting List / Waitlist / Draw |
The Starting List and Wait List for the Championships can be viewed within the championship portal: The Draw for the Championship will be published seven days before it is due to commence. Anyone who is included in the Starting List will be included in the Championship Draw accordingly. |

Players in the field intending to withdraw MUST inform us as soon as possible so as to ensure players on the waiting list are given the opportunity to compete. Email championships@golfireland.ie to withdraw. In order to facilitate the travel plans of competitors, the Championships Department will endeavour, insofar as is possible, to facilitate any reasonable requests regarding the time of starting (such requests should be emailed to championships@golfireland.ie). |

Mobile Scoring |
Golf Ireland has a series of designated electronic scorecard events. These events are all championships at Men's, Women's and Mid-Amateur level. In these championships, one player in each group will be required to input scores on the Golf Genius App. In addition to player scoring, players will be able to view all event information on the event portal as well as all competitions they have entered using their username and password. All other championships will utilise conventional physical scorecards. |

Registration |
All competitors will be sent a link to register for the championship via the tournament management system approximately three days beforehand. All competitors must register by clicking the link to confirm their participation. |

Play-Off |
There will be a sudden death play-off in the event of a tie, holes to be advised. |
