Courtesy Practice Rounds: A practice round may be scheduled by calling the golf shop and identifying yourself as a player in the field. Cost of a practice round will be $21 (whether a player walks or rides). Carts are only permitted in the practice round.

Starting Times:  Play will begin at 8:00 a.m. off both the 1st and 10th tees.

 

WithdrawalsPlease advise the Mass Golf office immediately at (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the Mass Golf office may disqualify the player from future USGA competition. Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 4 qualifying spots, 2 alternates

 

Distance Devices:  The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.

 

Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation is NOT permitted. Pull/push carts will also be permitted. 

 

Caddies: Caddies are allowed. Players may provide their own and should be prepared to bring their own if they want to utilize a caddie as Waubeeka GL does not have caddies.

 

Golf Ball:  The One-Ball Rule will be in effect.  See Appendix I of the Rules of Golf.

 

Competition Tees/ Yardage: The competition will be played from the approximately the Blue tees (Approx 6,400 yards; par 71).

 

Golf Shop and Practice Facilities:  Open and available at 7:00 am. The restaurant will be available for service starting at 10:30 am, both cash and credit are accepted.

 

Dress CodePlease observe the USGA dress code as stated in the U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship application.

*There will be no regsitration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to recieve local rules, scorecard, etc. 10-15 minutes prior to your starting time.
