Practice Rounds: A practice round may be scheduled by calling the golf shop and identifying yourself as a player in the field. Cost of a practice round will be $21.25 (whether a player walks or rides - carts are only allowed during the practice round).

Starting Times: Play will begin at 8:00 a.m. off both the 1st and 10th tees.
Withdrawals: Please advise the Mass Golf office immediately at (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the Mass Golf office may disqualify the player from future USGA competition. If there is a need to call the Mass Golf office after the close of business on Tuesday, September 4, please call Laura Nochta at (513) 800-7948 [leave a message] or via email at lnochta@massgolf.org.
Players (NOT teams/sides) wishing to withdraw, please DO NOT notify the USGA of your withdrawal. Any withdrawals sent to and processed by the USGA Championship Department will result in the withdrawal of your entire team (side). Player’s are permitted to represent their team/side as an individual in both the qualifying event and the Championship Proper.
Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 2 qualifying spots, 2 alternates
Distance Devices: The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.
Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation is NOT permitted. Pull/push carts will also be permitted.
Caddies: Caddies are allowed. Players may provide their own and should be prepared to bring their own if they want to utilize a caddie as CC of Pittsfield does not have caddies.
Golf Ball: The One-Ball Rule will be in effect. See Appendix I of the Rules of Golf.
Competition Tees/ Yardage: The competition will be played from the approximately the Gold tees (Approx 6,400 yard; par 71).
Golf Shop and Practice Facilities: Open and available at 6:30 am.
Food & Beverage: Lunch will be available for purchase in the restaurant starting at 11:30 am, both cash and credit are accepted. The snack shop will be closed the day of the qualifier.
Dress Code: Please observe the USGA dress code as stated in the U.S. Four-BallChampionship application.
*Please also review the 2018 USGA Hard Card and other policies located under the tab labled "USGA Policies" prior to competion.
*There will be no regsitration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to recieve local rules, scorecard, etc. 10-15 minutes prior to your starting time.
