REGISTRATION

 

All players must register prior to beginning play on August 26th.

A registration table/area will be identified at each host course.

OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND

 

All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at Brookfield Golf & Country Club prior to the event.

 

Players can book their practice round starting 2 weeks prior to the event.

STARTING TIMES

 

Starting times for round one will be communicated 1-2 weeks before the event unless the registration deadline has been extended.

CADDIES

 

Caddies are allowed.

A player must identify their caddie to the starter prior starting play on each day of the competition.

 

IMPORTANT - A player is responsible for a caddie's actions during a round and to know the Rules of Golf as they pertain to the use of a caddie - please refer to Rule 10.3.  Please also be reminded that a Caddie is not a Spectator and vice versa.
