REGISTRATION
All players must register prior to beginning play on September 17th.
A registration table/area will be identified at each host course.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to complimentary practice rounds at Digby Pines Golf Resort & Spa prior to the event.
The Official Practice Round date is Tuesday, September 16, 2025

STARTING TIMES
Starting times for round one will be communicated 1-2 weeks before the event unless the registration deadline has been extended.
The starting times for round two will be within division, based on round one scoring and
communicated as soon as possible after day one completion.
CADDIES
Caddies are allowed.
A player must identify their caddie to the starter prior starting play on each day of the competition.
IMPORTANT - A player is responsible for a caddie's actions during a round and to know the Rules of Golf as they pertain to the use of a caddie - please refer to Rule 10.3. Please also be reminded that a Caddie is not a Spectator and vice versa.

CLUBHOUSE & FOOD SERVICE
The restaurant will open at 11:00 am.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
Putting Green available on site.
Driving Range and Hitting Nets are available onsite, players must bring their own balls.
