Thank you for your interest in participating in The 2024 AGS Member/Guest at Hartefeld National, presented by Fireball. We hope you'll join us on Monday, September 9th for this one-day member/guest event rooted in fun and camaraderie. The event is a 12pm Shotgun start.
Registration: As a Member of the Golf Association of Philadelphia, you're invited to join AGS for a fun day of golf at this top private venue. Upon registration, you'll be able to secure a team of two by paying for both spots OR by splitting the payment with your partner.
What's Included: Your $400 registration fee (cost for two players; $200 per person) includes greens fees, cart, practice facility access, on-course and post-round food and beverage, a tee gift, and prizes for winning teams. As a special bonus for GAP members, this registration fee will also include a complimentary one-year standard membership to the Amateur Golf Society, an $85 annual value which also includes your HDCP servicing fees.
Format: This will be a two-person net scramble stroke-play event with three flights. Per USGA recommendations, we'll take 35% of the low index player's handicap and 15% of the high index player's handicap to determine net scores.
Prizing: Flight winners and the overall champion will earn Hartefeld National Pro Shop credit and/or additional prizes from Fireball and other AGS sponsors.
Flights: There will be three flights based on the combined Handicap index of teammates. Each flight will consist of an equal amount of 2-person teams.
About Hartefeld National: Hartefeld National is an 18-hole design nestled among some of the most spectacular scenery in southern Chester County, featuring a breathtaking layout that challenges and rewards players of all skill levels. Hartefeld has hosted several professional events including the Champions PGA Tour and the Exelon Invitational, the annual PGA event hosted by Jim Furyk in the early 2000's. The clubhouse offers a variety of full-service private event rooms that each offer spectacular views of the pristine golf course, making this the perfect venue for the 2024 AGS Member/Guest presented by Fireball.
