Welcome to the Central Oregon Winter Series (COWS) Registration Portal!

 

All COWS players must be registered with a Golf Genius log-in to sign up for COWS events. 

 

The COWS membership is optional and it will lower your entry fees by $15 each event, make you eligible for Player of the Year prizes, and give you priority registrations (non-members must wait until one week before each event).  Please follow the steps below to sign up for COWS.

 

  1. Click the “Sign-In / Register” link on the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  2. Click the “Click Here to Register” button and complete all relevant fields.
  3. If you want to join as a member, please click the “Pay for Membership” link on the navigation bar at the top of the page. You will be able to select which member to buy membership for, then click 2024/25 COWS Membership, click “Add to Cart”, then click “Continue."
  4. Fill out your billing information, and click “Pay.” 

 

You are now registered! To sign up for events, simply click “Event Schedule” on the navigation bar and follow the prompts to sign up for events.

 

Event Registration instructions

 

  1. Click the “Event Schedule” link on the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  2. Click the event that you'd like to sign up for and then "Register Now for...."
  3. Click "New Registration" and then select the type of registration that matches your team
    • COWS Member Team (both players are members of COWS or one player is COWS member and one is not)
    • COWS Guest Team (both players are not members of COWS, pros or members of the host facility)
    • COWS Member Individual (you are a member of COWS and are paired with a PRO, host facility member or are looking to be paired up)
    • COWS Guest Individual (you are a not a member of COWS and are paired with a PRO, host facility member or are looking to be paired up)
    • Individual PRO or host facility member (you are a PRO or if you are a MEMBER at the host facility)
  4. Be sure to fill in "Partner" (TBD if you are looking to be paired up) and "Division" (Open, Senior)
  5. Finish registration by submitting payment information and receiving confirmation.
