Format
Format will be 18 holes, individual stroke play.
Qualifying Spots
The site has been allocated eight (8) qualifying positions and two (2) alternate positions.
Ties & Playoff
If there is a tie for the last qualifying spot or either of the alternate positions, there will be a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. It is the players' responsibility to keep informed as to the time and status of any playoff.

Practice Rounds
Practice Round is scheduled for Saturday, May 11 (after 1pm); only one ball may be played. Cost for a practice round is $25 per person.
Automotive Transportation/Caddies
Caddies are not available; players may provide their own caddie. Players & caddies must walk at all times during the round unless authorized by the Rues Committee. Golf Carts are not available for spectators. Players may NOT use their own push/pull carts.
Parking
Participants & Caddies are permitted to park at Maketewah CC. Spectators are asked to park in the Noah's Ark Church lot. Car pooling is highly encouraged based on number of parking spots available.

Time of Starting
Report to the tee no less than 5 minutes before your assigned starting time.
Conforming Golf Balls/Conforming Driver Heads/One-Ball Rule/Clubs: Grooves
Only brands of balls on the most current USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls and driver heads on the most current USGA List of Conforming Driver Heads may be used. The "One-Ball Rule" & the Grooves & Punch Mark Specifications, Local Rules prescribed in Section 8 of Committee Procedures, will be in effect.
Distance Measuring Devices
Distance measuring devices are NOT permitted during this competition.
Rain Date
If required, the rain date will be Tuesday, May 14, 2019.

Dress Code
No collarless shirts, jeans, or cargo pants/shorts for players, caddies, or spectators.
Withdraws
