Format will be 18 holes, four-ball stroke play.
Qualifying Spots
The site has been allocated two (2) qualifying sides and two (2) alternate sides.
Ties & Playoff
If there is a tie for the last qualifying spot or either of the alternate positions, there will be a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. It is the players' responsibility to keep informed as to the time and status of any playoff.

Practice Rounds
The following is the availability for practice rounds:
Tuesday, August 13th: Anytime
Wednesday, August 14th: Closed
Thursday, August 15th: After 12:00 pm
Friday, August 16th: Between 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm
Saturday, August 17th: After 2:00 pm
Sunday, August 18th: After 2:00 pm
Monday, August 19th: After 1:00 pm (walking only, must call ahead)
Players must play only from the tee markers, and must play one ball. The cost for practice rounds is $24 + tax. Please call ahead to reserve a practice round.
Pull/Push Carts & Caddies
Players are NOT permitted to bring their own push/pull carts per club policy.
Kenwood Country Club has push/pull carts for rent. Players may provide their own caddie or Kenwood Country Club has a caddie program. Please contact Kenwood CC Golf Shop (513) 561- 7397 to reserve a push/pull cart or caddie.
Automotive Transportation/Spectator Carts
Players must not ride on any form of transportation during the round unless authorized by the Committee. Caddies will have the option to use carts to transport a player's clubs. The cost to rent a cart for a caddie is $24 + tax. Carts for caddies are limited to two per group.
Golf Carts are not available for spectators.
Time of Starting
Report to the tee no less than 5 minutes before your assigned starting time.
Conforming Golf Balls/Conforming Driver Heads/One-Ball Rule/Clubs: Grooves
Only brands of balls on the most current USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls and driver heads on the most current USGA List of Conforming Driver Heads may be used. The "One-Ball Rule" & the Grooves & Punch Mark Specifications, Local Rules prescribed in Section 8 of Committee Procedures, will be in effect.
Distance Measuring Devices
Distance measuring devices are permitted during this competition.

Dress Code
No collarless shirts, jeans, or cargo pants/shorts for players, caddies, or spectators.
