Event Cancellation Policy
Due to the ease of signing up for tournaments via Golf Genius we have notice an increase in cancellations. These cancellations end up increasing the cost our club absorbs. Effective immediately we are implementing the following cancellation policy.
If you cancel within:
15 days of the event -You will be refunded the amount of the tournament minus four percent (- 4%) This is the fee we are charged by our credit card processing company.
10 days of the event - You will be refunded the 75% of the amount. Unless you can find a replacement at the time of cancellation. We have already committed all fees associated with this event with the Los Verdes Golf Course.
5 days of the event – You will not be refunded.
With 650 members and monthly tournaments at a max of 160 golfers it is imperative that members only sign-up for events that they want to attend and not sign-up as a place holder.
Also, if you are signing up a partner or 4 some, please double check with your partners availability to play before you sign and pay for them. The person who registers any/all golfers in their group is responsible for all fees on the above policy.
