Entry Fee Refund Policy
Except for extenuating circumstances, the Board has adopted a policy related to cancellations and withdrawals for club events as follows.
If the player cancels or withdraws:
- 1 week before an event: Full Refund of Entry Fee minus $5.00 processing fee
- 1 week to 48 hours before an event: Refund of 50% of the Entry Fee
- Less than 48 hours before an event: No Refund
In order to accurately confirm the time of cancellation, all withdrawal’s and cancellations must be made online (no email or text to the committee Chairman or members).
How to WD from a tournament:
1) Go to Tournaments > Tournaments Sign Up Page.
2) Click on the NAME of the tournament question.
3) On the left, click on "Register Now" or "View Registration" even though you're already registered.
4) Click on "Edit Registration" or "Cancel Registration," whichever one is showing.
5) Put your name in the Player box and click continue.
6) Near the top, in the yellow box, click the "Click Here" link.
7) In the "Actions" drop-down box, select "Cancel Registration."
8) In the pop up click "ok."
