PLAYER INFORMATION
NSW SENIOR AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP
The 2025 NSW Senior Amateur Championship reached its 264 player capacity at the close of entries.
The Championship will be conducted over three 18-hole rounds of Strokeplay at both Pacific Dunes GC and Nelson Bay GC
All players will play one round at Pacific Dunes GC and one round at Nelson Bay GC on either Tuesday 4 March or Wednesday 5 March, with a CUT after round 2 (36 Holes) for the Final Round.
The CUT will be for the top 132 players (based on their 36-hole gross total), which will comprise 47 women and 85 men (plus ties) + minimum 2 players per Age Category. This breakdown is based on the number of male v female entrants at the close of entries.
*** PLEASE NOTE - There will be NO draw requests for the Round 3 Draw, as it will be SEEDED for the Championship ***

REGISTRATION
It is requested that all players register at the Golf NSW registration area at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time at the club at which they are drawn. Following this, report to the starter at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time.
Registration Area will be located in Function Room @ Pacific Dunes GC and outside Proshop @ Nelson Bay GC.
CHAMPIONSHIP SHIRT
If you have ordered a Championship shirts, it will be available to pick up at registration on Tuesday 4 March at the venue you are drawn for your first round.
DIGITAL SCORECARD
Golf NSW will be utillising digital scorecards for the Championship. If you haven’t used the Golf Genius digital scorecard before, please ensure you download the Golf Genius App and watch the video attached in the Portal Page or Links are below.
You will receive a GGID (scoring code) each day prior for each your round, which you will need to put into the Golf Genius App to complete your scorecard.
**PLEASE NOTE - You must login to the Golf Genius App with your daily GGID - PLEASE DO NOT use your email address and password. If this happens, please log out and login back in with GGID code that is sent via SMS each day prior to each round..
**PLEASE NOTE - Please make sure you confirm your final scores with Golf NSW Staff in the designated Scoring Areas - Located in Function Room @ Pacific Dunes GC and upstairs in clubhouse @ Nelson Bay GC
LOCAL RULES
Players will be able to access the Golf NSW Hardcard and local rules online Event Portal Page and will be available at registration. Local rules can also be found CLICK HERE.

Players will be able to access the pin sheets for Pacific Dunes GC and Nelson Bay GC at the Registration Area.

MOTORISED TRANSPORT
As per the conditions of entry, players may only use a motorised cart if a medical certificate is provided. This must be submitted to Golf NSW prior to the tournament. Bookings will be organised by Golf NSW and both clubs will be advised of number of golf carts/per player required. Payment for golf carts must be done through each club’s Pro Shop each day.
PACE OF PLAY
Pace of play guidelines will apply to the Championship. Guidelines will be strictly enforced, and penalties may apply for breaches of the guidelines.
RULES OFFICIALS
There will be two (2) roving rules officials on course on each day of play. Please utilise them if you need to.

Practice rounds will be available at limited times leading up to the Championship and must be booked with the respective Pro Shops:

PRACTICE FACILITIES
Pacific Dunes GC - Practice Warm up Nets next to 10th tee and Putting Green.
Nelson Bay GC - Warm Up Range (7 irons MAX) - Own balls, Putting Green and warm up nets next to 19th tee.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Pacific Dunes GC - Clubhouse BAR will be open from 8:00am each day
Nelson Bay GC - Clubhouse BAR will be open from 10:00am each day / Half Way house will open at 8:00am each day.
PULL BUGGIES
Both golf clubs have a very small number of pull buggies available. If you wish to use a pull buggy, we suggest you bring your own.
WITHDRAWAL
If you are unable to participate, please notify Golf NSW immediately by emailing emmanuel.aravanis@golfnsw.org.au.
On presentation of a medical certificate, a full refund will be issued, less an administration fee.
PRESENTATION
There will be a presentation for all prizes in the Championship following play on Thursday 6 March at Pacific Dunes GC following the completion of the Final Round.
