2025 NSW Junior Championships

Tournament Format & Conditions
The 2025 NSW Junior Championships and JNJG State Age Championships will be played at Catalina Club and Moruya GC. All players will play on all four days, playing two rounds at Catalina Club and two rounds at Moruya GC.
The following events will be played over 72 Holes;
- NSW Junior Championships
- JNJG State Age Championships (Scratch Divisions - Boys and Girls)
- JNJG State Age Championships (Nett Divisions - Boys and Girls)
- In the event of a tie for first place after 72 Holes in any Scratch Division, a sudden-death playoff will take place.
- All other ties (Runner Up, 3rd Place, or any Nett Divisions) will be decided via a countback.
The following events will be played over 36 Holes;
- NSW Junior Champion of Champions
- NSW Country Junior Championships
- Inter-District Teams Championships
- In the event of a tie for first place after 36 Holes in any Individual Event, an 18-hole playoff will take place in conjunction with the third round.
- In the event of a tie for first place after 36 Holes in the Inter-District Teams Championships, it will be decided via a countback.
Is there a Cut?
- There will be no cut for this event.
- All players will play on all four days, playing two rounds at Catalina Club and two rounds at Moruya GC.
- After two rounds on Wednesday evening, players will be seeded according to their scratch score. This will then determine which course you will play on Thursday and which course you play on Friday.
Championship Committee
- The Championship Committee will comprise the JNJG General Manager, Head Tournament Rules Official, or their appointees.
- In the absence of a full Championship Committee, such members that may be present at the time may give a decision, and any decision so given will be deemed to be a decision of the full Championship Committee.
