2025 Illawarra Junior Masters

Tournament Format

 

The Illawarra Junior Masters is a 36-Hole Tournament, played over two days at The Links Shell Cove. All players who register to play in the event must play on both days.

 

A two tee start format will be conducted, with tee times from 06:30am - 1:30pm over the two days. See below for a further breakdown.

 

 

Age Divisions

 

The Illawarra Junior Masters (both Boys and Girls Divisions) are open events and any player aged 12-17 Years with an official 18 Hole GA Handicap is eligible to register. Entries will be taken on a first in, first served basis, with the tournament limited to 160 players.

 

• 16 & 17 Years
• 14 & 15 Years
• 13 Years & Under

 

Please note, with the introduction of the JNJG Under 12 Tour, there will no longer be an 11 Years & Under Division at JNJG Masters Series Events.

 

Anyone aged 11 or Under who wishes to play in JNJG Masters Series Events can apply for an exemption with JNJG Tournament staff, however there will be no "bag pushers" and all play will be from the full length course (no yellow tee markers). Players must be able to play all 18 Holes on their own, including keeping and marking their own scorecard.

Tee Time Structure

 

Round 1 (these times may change slightly pending late entries / cancellations but will be pretty close)

 

• 6:40am to 8:40am (Boys 16 & 17 Years)
• 6:40am to 8:10am (Boys 14 & 15 Years)
• 11:25am to 12:45pm (Boys 13 Years & Under)
• 11:25am to 12:45pm (All Girls Divisions)

 

 

Round 2 (these times may change slightly pending late entries / cancellations but will be pretty close)

 

• 6:40am to 8:00am (All Girls Divisions)
• 6:40am to 8:00am (Boys 13 Years & Under)
• 10:45am to 12:45pm (Boys 14 & 15 Years)
• 10:45am to 12:15pm (Boys 16 & 17 Years)
