Additional Local Rule:

 

Hole 11: Par 3. Penalty area in front of and beside green. (MLA B-3 should be used on this hole to allow playing provisional ball to help speed up play).

 

Model Local Rule B-3 allows a player to play a provisional ball when there is doubt about whether the original ball is in a penalty area or lost outside of it. This modification of Rule 18.3 helps save time and prevent unnecessary searches in situations where it's unclear if a ball is in or out of a penalty area
