Format: 18 holes of stroke play:                                     

36 holes Four-Ball (Two–Person Net Better Ball Stroke Play): 18 holes each day.  Play will be 90% (men) and 95% (women) of the course handicap using a maximum current index of 18.4.  Men will play from the WHITE tees and women will play from the GOLD tees (Yardage Sheet).  Course handicaps for women will be adjusted accordingly.  All players with indexes of 18.5 and higher are eligible but must play to a maximum current index of 18.4.  If partners’ course handicaps differ by more than 8 strokes, an additional 10 percent reduction will be applied to their course handicaps.  The championship will be played using the September 1, 2018 Index.  Teams will be paired by score for the second round.

 

Scoring Unfinished Holes:                                                 

If a player starts but does not complete a hole, his marker shall record an “X” followed by the score he most likely would have made.  This score is for handicap purpose only and shall not exceed the Equitable Stroke Control limit for his/her course handicap.

 

First Tee Time:                                                                    

7:30AM off tees #1 Chardonnay (listed as No. 1 on the tee sheet) & #1 Zinfandel (listed as No. 10 on the tee sheet).  Please click here for groupings and times.  Players should be at their assigned tee 10 minutes prior to their tee time. On the pairings sheet tee #1 represents the Chardonnay nine and tee #10 represents the Zinfandel nine.

 

Substitutions:                                                                      

THERE ARE NO SUBSTITUTIONS FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP; however, one partner may represent the team for all or any part of the stipulated round during the Championship.

Automotive Transportation:                                            

Golf carts are optional at the player’s expense.  Cart rental is $17 per player.  A maximum of two carts per group is permitted.  SPECTATOR CARTS ARE PROHIBITED.

 

Practice Balls:                                                                      

Pro shop and driving range will open at 6:30AM.

 

Payment Information:                                                      

Cash, check, and credit payments accepted.

 

Food and Beverage Information:                                    

The snack bar will open at 6:30AM.
