Welcome to the 2025 eQuinelle Men's League

On behalf of the management and staff here at eQuinelle Golf Club, I would like to take this opportunity to share some information on our popular 'Thursday Night Men's League' for the 2025 golf season.
Below is some information to help you plan for the upcoming season:
- Men's League play will begin on Thursday, May 8th (pending our opening date) and will commence on Thursday, September 25th for our season-ending banquet.
- We will be running an 18-hole shotgun for players wishing to play 18-holes beginning at 2:15pm.
- This will be a 'continuous loop' shotgun, meaning if you start on the front nine, you will finish all front nine holes prior to playing the back nine. Golfers will be assigned another starting hole for the back nine shotgun at 4:45pm.
- Golfers wishing to play 9-holes will tee off in a 9-hole shotgun beginning at 4:45pm.
- All golfers will then have the opportunity to socialize together in our weekly banquets, accompanied with our 50/50 draw, putting contests, and weekly prizes.
All members are asked to check into the Golf Shop prior to play.
League participants will have the option to register for our weekly flighted $5.00 cash skins game each week, purchase 50/50 tickets, and putting contest tickets (3 tickets for $5.00). 15 participants will be drawn each night for the putting contest. If no one wins, it will be carried forward to the next week. In order to win weekly prizes, you must be in attendance at the banquet!
As part of your registration fee, all participants will become members of Golf Canada (including accidental insurance coverage), be eligible to win weekly prizes, and receive a season-ending gift. Golf Canada membership provides various benefits which can be found by clicking here. The Professional Staff at eQuinelle will activate the membership on behalf of each league participant. Any active eQuinelle Golf Club member or a member of the 'Golf Canada Public Player Program' will not be required to pay this fee a second time, but they may be asked to provide their Golf Canada membership number for verification prior to acceptance into the league.

Due to the heavy demand, we are limiting registrations to 165 participants on a priority basis. When registration opens on , everyone will be placed on a pending list - the same as in previous seasons. Priority for registration into the league will be as follows:
- 2025 eQuinelle Golf Club Members
- 2025 eQuinelle Resident Club Members
- Current eQuinelle Homeowners
- 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 League Participants
- Non-eQuinelle Residents
Once registration closes on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 09:48 AM, the committee will let everyone know their status within the following week. Once you've received a confirmation email confirming successful registration for the upcoming season, you will receive weekly sign up emails as in previous years:
- Participants will receive three registration emails, where you may register for the upcoming week.
- As part of this email, all participants will be asked:
- How many holes would you like to play this week?
- Do you plan to stay for dinner upon completion of play?
- Do you have any additional notes for the committee?
- Please note, this area is for tee times requests each week and are not guaranteed each week as the draw will be completed as randomly as possible to maintain the social element of the league.
Sponsors play a key role in the success of our leagues at eQuinelle. If you would like to sponsor our league throughout the season, please click here for more information on sponsorship opportunities.
We are looking forward to having you as part of the league this season!
