2025 eQuinelle Men's League - Shotgun & Format Logistics
We’re updating the format of Men’s League to bring everyone together more consistently and make the most of our time on and off the course. Starting this season, we’ll run an 18-hole shotgun start at 2:15 PM, alongside the returning 9-hole shotgun at 4:45 PM.
This new approach ensures all players finish at roughly the same time, so everyone can enjoy the putting contest, 50/50 draw, and a group meal—together.
Shotgun Format & Details:
18-Hole Shotgun:
- Start Time: 2:00 PM sharp.
- Goal: Everyone finishes together—including the 9-hole players—so the full league can enjoy post-round events at the same time.
9-Hole Shotgun:
- Start Time: 4:45 PM sharp.
- Ideal for: Players with less time or who prefer a shorter round.
Weekly Grouping & Hole Assignments:
- We will use the same grouping rotations on a weekly basis to ensure it is easy for everyone to navigate and reduce confusion.
- Starting holes will rotate in a pattern (e.g., Hole #3 this week, Hole #13 next week).
- This keeps logistics simple and helps groups build chemistry over time.
Some shotgun starts involve a longer walk from the clubhouse or previous holes.

Getting Around:
- Power Carts: Golfers who have requested to ride will be paired together and placed on the furthest routes to allow walkers to have a shorter, more direct distance.
- Shuttle Service: Our Golf Services team will be available to transport players to their starting holes during this transition for the longest walks on each respective nine.
2025 Men's League Summary:
The new shotgun structure isn’t just about timing—it’s about connection. By aligning finish times for both the 18-hole and 9-hole players, we’re making sure that no one misses out on what happens after the last putt drops. Everyone gets to be part of the putting contest, 50/50 draw, and most importantly, the shared meal that brings us all together at the end of the round.
