Key points 2025:

• Future weekly events we have a 44 person maximum signup, unless otherwise specified. If the event is full, add yourself in and you will be waitlisted. If someone cancels you will receive an email stating you are in.  
• Shotgun start remains for Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday 9 AM start time.
• HYBRID tees registered  as White/Green  5787 Yards   Hybrid Holes  #1  #4  #6  #7 #13 #18

• Golf tradition.  Hole in One, tradition dictates common appreciation of golf. buy a round of drinks for those partaking in your SUCCESS.  It is a tradition and a courtesy.

• Restaurant  changes are coming including, on course food cart,  more prepared options. 

• Senior Men's Golf Association - to join you must be a member of an approved SMGA course. 50 and older and a handicap index of 24 or less $65 annual membership
• Hole in One  Contest remains open, cost is $5 

PLAY RULES

• If a player picks up and does not complete a playing hole, their score should be noted as Par + 5.   Golf Genius will adjust this to the USGA Double rule when the scores are posted in GHIN.

• Putts greater thana putter handle should NOT be given unless the entire group agrees.

• EVENTS  priority is given to players that participate in our league on a regular basis.  A minimum of 10 rounds will satisfy the regular player rule.  You can sign up if you do not meet the standard and you will be placed on a waitlist.

2026 - Membership

 NEW and improved offer for  our Golf Program.

•  Membership across the entire League $265 per month  (tax is included)  (Credit Card Fee is Not)
• Membership runs the entire 2026 year, this offer will not expire 12/01 as previously discussed.
• New Members Sign Up before 12/01/2025 get December for FREE.
• Membership paid in full wil get 5% discount. (quitting before 3 months must repay the 5% credited)
• Membership includes Cart Fee and Range  - Unlimited Play
• USGA Fee is Paid (Must remain a member a minimum of 3 months.
• SMGA Fee will be reimbursed (player must play a minimum of 3 events in the SMGA)
• SHOTGUN start Monday and Wednesday FRIDAY SHOTGUN will be based on SEASON so we will have a HYBRID for Friday play.
• Family Membershio 2026 $365 per month 
• Special price for beer will remain in effect.
• Reciprocating rate for CRESCENT when Eagles Pointe is NOT available is CART FEE.
• A rate TBD for Eagles Members to play Crescent , any time, is under review
• New Members - League will be credited $50 for Event Food and Prize fund.
• TBD Suspension of Membership.

Our Golf Group is NOW one entity, anyone participating in golf play is now part of our Membership Program.

• Course is rebuilding the kitchen to a full fledge kitchen serving hot food items.
• There will be a replacement of ball washers on the course.
• There will be a capture cup for tees placed on the tee boxes
• A review of the restroom on the course is underway to determine cost and options.
• A Profesionnal Golf Group is part of Eagles and Cerescent  - on site on-course training, group and one on one sessions

•  Auto-Pay direct deduction from checking or savings account - No ADDITIONAL FEE charged.
• Cash No additional fee charged Must be paid prior the 1st of the month 
• Credit Card - there is a convenience fee charged and this is DETERMINED by the credit card company

Credit Card Fee is charged if paying by Card - % is based on credit card company fees.

Guest Rate is subject to change throughout the year.  A limitation may be placed on number of Guest Rounds in 2026

 Quick analysis for choosing $265 per month vs Paying Guest fee

If you pay as you play,   

Keep in mind of you pay as you go, In addition to the $35 you will pay tax and if you use credit card you will be charged a credit card fee which is paid directly to the credit card company

Example :  Pay as you go vs membership  Playing 7 rounds per month

$35 rate * Tax = $37.80     $35* Tax * Credit Card Fee = $39.20   

$265 / $37.80 = 7 Rounds   $265 / $39.20 =  6 Rounds 

$265  You play UNLIMITED GOLF / Cart/ range

Tax 7 rounds =  $19.60 

CC 7 rounds  = $   9.80

Golf 7 rounds = $245.00  

----------------------------------  Limiting Golf Play for the same price as Unlimited Golf Play $265 Membership

7 Rounds $245 + $19.60           =  $264

7 Rounds $245 + 19..60 + 9.80 =  $274

My point in all this.   Even though the guest rate is low when analyzing membership you need to consider sales tax and credit card fees.  

Membership Breakdown

8 rounds per month at $265      $33 per round - auto pay or cash payment

12 rounds per month at $265    $22 per round - auto pay or cash payment

Hole In 1 Contest

Hole In 1 can occur on any hole at Eagles Pointe

Must occur during our league play event Tue, Thu or Sat

One Time $5 Entry Fee

Payout will be 100% of fee collected

Hole in 1 Contest will end December 31 2024*

(This contest pertains to Eagles Pointe a change in course will end the Hole In 1 Contest)

There are NO REFUNDS for anyone leaving the league

Players can join the Hole In 1 Contest prior to any league event

Hole in 1 MUST BE witnessed by 2 or more league players.

Contest will continue to run until a Hole In One Is Made.  We will then restart the contest

In case more than one hole in 1 occurs within the same round, the funds will be divided between the winning players.
