Open Tee Times
This season, we are utilizing the Open Tee Times function for tee time requests in Pro-Pro events. As part of your registration process, you will be directed to a page allowing you to select your preferred tee time. Please note that, similar to tee time requests in past years, your selected preferred tee time is not guaranteed. WNYPGA Staff will do their best to honor pairings and times, but in certain instances may need to make adjustments prior to official tee times being released.

Format
18 Holes - Pro-Pro Best Ball
Teams can be formed with the lead professional at a facility and any other pro from the lead professional's facility. Teams must include the lead professional at a facility - teams may not be made of two pros who are not the lead professional at their facility. Facilities are not limited in their number of teams.

Eligibility Criteria
- All Members (in good standing) of the Section with the classification of A-1, A-2, A-4 to A-24 and
Life Members are eligible to play in Section Events. A-3’s are only eligible to play in Section Pro-Am
Events.
- Professionals who are employed at clubs outside the limits of our Section will not be eligible to
play in any Section events, with the exception of those Invitational events that qualify.
- Only Associates who are accumulating credits in the Associate Program and employed on a
36-hour-per-week, full-time basis, are eligible to participate in Section events, unless otherwise noted
in this document. Proof of employment is required.
- Any PGA Member who is a tournament sponsor may be invited by the Tournament Committee to
play in that tournament.
Cancellation Policy
Players have 5 days (120 hours) prior to the event to cancel without penalty. Players who cancel after the deadline forfeit their entry fee and may be subject to additional fine.
