USGA Rules of Golf shall govern all play except where modified below:
Paved roads and paths, rubber mat path on Hole #3, 150-yard markers and staked or flagged trees, bushes and sprinkler boxes are obstructions. Relief may be taken according to Rule 16.
There are a few trees around the course marked with PINK RIBBON, relief must be taken if it affects stance or swing under Rule 16.
Penalty Areas are defined as either red lines or stakes.
Ball drop area may be used on Hole #16 and Hole #17 for a ball hit in the penalty area.
Out of Bounds are indicated by white stakes or white lines. The O.B. stakes between Hole #1 and #9 are for hole #1 only. During the play of the 9th hole, the O.B. stakes will be deemed immovable obstructions. All streets are played as out of bounds, even if the ball should come to rest on the golf course on the other side.
A player is entitled to relief from an immovable obstruction under Rule 16. A player is also entitled to line of play relief provided (a) the immovable obstruction, such as a sprinkler head, is on or within two club-lengths of the putting green; and (b) the ball lies within two club lengths of the immovable obstruction. The ball must be dropped when taking relief.
A ball striking the overhead power lines must be replayed without penalty. Local Rule E-11. No replay if the ball strikes the pole. Poles are played as immovable obstructions under Rule 16.
Rule 16.3 allows relief for a ball embedded anywhere in the “general area” (that is, the area previously known as “through the green”), except when embedded in sand.
If you have a rule situation, we suggest you play two balls, keeping track of score on each ball for a ruling
