Welcome to the 2025 eQuinelle Ladies' League

On behalf of the management and staff here at eQuinelle Golf Club, we would like to take this opportunity to share some information on our popular 'Wednesday Ladies' League' league for the 2025 season.
Below is some information to help you plan for the upcoming season:
- Ladies' League play will begin on Wednesday, May 7th (pending our opening date) and will end on Wednesday, September 24th for our final banquet.
- Weekly 18-Hole tee times to be offered throughout the day for all participants.
- 18-Hole tee times will be assigned in the morning from 8:30am - 9:45am, followed by a block of tee times in the afternoon from 1:30pm - 2:00pm (golfers playing in the morning must be an eQuinelle Golf Club member).
- Those who do not gain entry into the 18-hole morning draw will automatically be registered for the 18-hole afternoon draw.
- Weekly 9-Hole Tee Times to be offered beginning at 4:00pm each week for all participants.
- All banquets held throughout the season will be a shotgun start.
- There will be no 18-hole round offered these weeks.
- Join us after golf for daily specials in the Fireside Grill following play.
This year, we will be doing a stableford game each week where points will be rewarded based on the score on each hole. For those who may have had a bad hole, with stableford there is no added pressure to register a score, just pick up and move onto the next hole and place your maximum on the scorecard.
More information on the revised format will follow on our league information night.
All participants will become members of Golf Canada (including accidental insurance coverage), be eligible to win weekly prizes, and receive a season-ending gift. Golf Canada membership provides various benefits which can be found by clicking here. The Professional Staff at eQuinelle will activate the membership on behalf of each league participant. Any active eQuinelle Golf Club member or a member of the 'Golf Canada Public Player Program' will not be required to pay this fee a second time, but they may be asked to provide their Golf Canada membership number for verification prior to acceptance into the league.

Once you've received a confirmation email confirming successful registration for the upcoming season, you will receive weekly sign up emails as in previous years:
- Participants will receive three registration emails, where you may register for the upcoming week.
- As part of this email, all participants will be asked:
- How many holes would you like to play this week?
- Weekly 9-hole section is limited to 56 participants.
- Weekly 18-hole section is limited to 56 (36 - AM, 20 - PM) participants.
- Those who did not gain entry into the 18-hole draw in the afternoon will be automatically registered into the 9-hole tee times in the evening.
- Do you have any additional notes for the committee?
- Please note, this area is for tee time requests each week and are not guaranteed each week as the draw will be completed as randomly as possible to maintain the social element of the league.
