2025 eQuinelle Ladies' League - Format & Rules

During the 2025 eQuinelle Ladies' League, players will play their own ball and will enter their own score on the league scorecard. The scorecard must be handed into the Golf Shop upon completion of play each week. Players will also be placed on a team as there is also a team competition involved.
League Summary:
- 20 weeks of play throughout the 2024 golf season.
- Refer to the 2025 eQuinelle Ladies' League Calendar for the scheduled weeks of play.
- Players cannot play solo and must have at least one 2025 eQuinelle Ladies' League member attest their score.
- No mulligans or "breakfast balls" are permitted at anytime during the 2025 eQuinelle Ladies' League.
- Pick up if you reach your maximum score on a hole. Your maximum is determined by your handicap in the League Scoring System.
- On the 1st hole, if you cannot hit it over the water, please take your ball to the other side, take one penalty stroke and play your 3rd shot.
When you reach 7 shots from the fairway, please pick up your ball and head to the green - 3 putts maximum - for a maximum total score of 10.
Booking Procedures:
- On the weekly registration form, you will be asked the following:
- How many holes would you like to play this week?
- Weekly 9-hole section is limited to 72 participants.
- Weekly 18-hole section is limited to 56 participants, and you must be an eQuinelle GC member.
- Those who did not gain entry into the 18-hole draws will be automatically registered into the 9-hole tee times in the afternoon.
- Do you plan to stay for dinner upon completion of play?
- Do you have any additional notes for the committee?
- Please note, this area is for tee times requests each week and are not guaranteed each week as the draw will be completed as randomly as possible to maintain the social element of the league.
- How many holes would you like to play this week?
Weekly League Format:
- The following scores are required each week for your team to post a score:
- 2 = # of gross scores submitted for your team on a weekly basis
- 6 = # of net scores submitted for your team on a weekly basis
- 8 = # of participants required for your team to post a team score for the week.
- 1 = # of participation points awarded for each team member who posts a score.
- Your net score will be recorded for your team using your League Handicap which is automatically calculated by Golf Canada.
- The team with the highest team score will be the winner for the week.
- These points are accumulated throughout the season to determine the overall standings for the 2025 eQuinelle Ladies' League.
