Pairings / Tee Time Information: Tee times will begin off No. 1 at 11:30 AM. Tee Times / Pairings will be available at www.txga.org by May 28, 2025.

Practice Round Information: Monday, June 16^th- Wednesday, June 25^th. Monday – Thursday anytime. Friday – Sunday after 2 PM. $42 per player walking. Please contact the golf shop to schedule a time.

Registration Information: Players must check in to the Golf Shop prior to their tee time.

Format / Field Size: Qualifying is scheduled for 18 holes of individual stroke play. The field is limited to 30 players.

Playoff: Ties for the last qualifying spot shall be broken by a sudden death hole-by-hole playoff. There will be no playoff for medalist honors. The playoff will begin immediately after all scores have been turned in. 

Approximate Yardage: 6,800 yards

Transportation / Caddies: Players are prohibited from riding in a cart. Caddies are also prohibited.

Spectator Carts: Spectators can rent carts from the Golf Shop for $25.

Withdrawal Policy: If you cannot make your qualifying round, please inform the LJT offices. If a player withdraws after the entry deadline has passed, the player will not receive a refund unless the spot is filled by a waitlisted player (See LJT Policies and Procedures).

Score Posting: Once the qualifying round has concluded, the LJT will post all tournament scores to your GHIN number.
