Welcome to the 2025 WNYPGA Jr Tour Championship at Stafford CC. After a season of strong competion you have earned a spot to compete for the honor of Champion for your specific age division. Players and parents should read all of the provided information closely and share with any other spectators that might be attending the Championship.

Event Date: August 10 and 11, 2025
Participants in the Championship will receive a tee gift and a voucher for lunch on MONDAY served in the Halfway House as part of their entry fee.
This is a 2-day STROKE play event
Tee Times for August 10 (Sunday) will begin at 12:30 pm
Tee Times for August 11 (Monday) will begin at 8:00 am
** Leaders within each division will go out last within their division for Monday's tee times
** Players must be at the 1st tee 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time
** Please note that the driving range is a bit of a walk to the 1st tee, so please plan accordlingly.
USGA Rules will govern all play for the event. We will have USGA Rules Officials on sight, if players have a rules or a situtational question they will be given instructions on the 1st tee how to proceed with the help of the WNYPGA Jr Tour staff, Rules Official or Stafford CC professional, Eric Haile, PGA.
TIE BREAKERS FOR CHAMPION:
Ties will be broken under USGA Rules Sudden Death Playoff format for Champion only, not POY. This will occur immediately after the entire division has finished.
The WNYPGA Jr Tour ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY will be in full effect.
PACE OF PLAY will be strictly monitored, pairings should maintain pace with the group in front of them, otherwise they are considered out of position and are subject to penalty.
STROKE AND DISTANCE: USGA Rule 18 will be in effect and enforced. Players should be fully aware of this rule and how to proceed. The USGA Local Rule for Rule 18 will not be in effect.
SPECTATORS:
Specators will be asked to sign in at the 1st tee with their player, by signing in, a spectator acknowledges that they are aware of the WNYPGA Jr Tour Spectator Policy, Alcohol & Substance Policy, Dress Code and the Zero Tolerance Policy for players.
Rules officials and WNYPGA Jr Tour staff will be monitoring specator behavior and interaction with players as well. Spectators who act as coaches, caddies, rules officials or referees, place their player in jeopardy of being disqualified or penalized. The WNYPGA Jr Tour reserves the right to remove problem spectators from viewing their player and/or removal from the grounds if neccessitated. This applies to all divisions of play.
EVENT SPECIFICS:
TEES:
16-18 BOYS will play from the BLACK tees
13-15 BOYS will play from the BLUE tees
9 Hole BOYS will play from the GREEN tees.
16-18 GIRLS will play from the GREEN tees.
13-15 GIRLS will play from the GREEN tees.
9 Hole GIRLS will play from the YELLOW tees.
PRACTICE FACILITIES:
Complimentary range balls will be available 45 minutes prior to a player's tee time both Sunday and Monday for a light warm-up, along with the putting green.
ON-COURSE CONDITIONS:
Players and spectators should pay close attention to all directional signage, as there are areas where new grass is being cultivated.
Ground Under Repair signage behind #1 green will provide instruction.
Ground stumps are considered GROUND Under Repair.
A free drop will be allowed from all flowerbeds and staked trees ONLY if your swing or stance is being obstructed.
Parking Lot is considered Out of Bounds
Please note the on-course out of bounds on hole #10, running along the right side of the creek.
COURSE SPECIFICS:
The color of the flag on each green will determine if it is a FRONT, MIDDLE or BACK pin placement:
RED flag = FRONT pin placement
YELLOW flag = MIDDLE pin placement
BLUE flag = BACK pin placement
On course bathrooms are located to the right of the 2nd green/behind the 5th green and the 15th tee. The Men's and Ladies' locker rooms will also be available.
Storm Shelters are located at the bathrooms mentioned above and on the men's tee of hole #7. There is no automated weather system. A long horn blast will mean players and spetators should seek shelter or come in off the golf course. 2 short horn blasts will mean play is to resume.
Drinking water is available at the water station by the Golf Shop. On course drinking water is availble at the fountains walking from #3 green to #4 tee and by the men's tee on #14 and #16.
AWARDS:
Champions and Player of the Year honors will be presented following the completion of play and finalizing of points for each division.

GOLF SHOP:
The Golf Shop and spectators carts will ONLY be available for Sunday's round.
Spectator Carts: $25.00 per rider, payable by credit card only in the golf shop.
HALFWAY HOUSE: Will be available for food and drinks, credit card only.
CLUB HOUSE will be available for dinner Sunday evening, by RESERVATION ONLY (call 585 343 9281, #32), to players and their families. Credit card payment only.
