It is our intention on this page to detail everything you need to know to enjoy Friday Night Scrambles at Storey Creek. Registration
Teams can register for the events online (only) by visiting www.storeycreek.ca, clicking Events and choosing Mixed Events and then the Scramble Night that you wish to attend.

After landing on the registration page Click on Open Tee Times Registration to begin. You are able to register up to three players with you.
Starting Hole
Once you have paid for your entry, please remember to reserve your teams Starting Hole. Each Scramble Night is a shotgun start. April's event begins at 5pm, while the remaining four events begin at 5:30pm.
Click the button in the right corner of your screen and select your preferred starting hole. If four players are already in a tee time, you will be unable to choose this time. Remember to click DONE when you have chosen your tee time.
A few days before the event begins, Pro Shop staff will enter each players name into our Tee Time Reservation software and your team will receive a second confirmation email.
Dinner Options
A few days before the event begins, our Food and Beverage Manager, Marty Smith will send all participants the buffet menu. If you have any dietary concerns please email Marty at: marty@storeycreek.ca
Golf
Players get to enjoy nine holes on each of these date nights. Although there is a contest with each event, many teams choose not to participate and simply play golf and enjoy one another's company. For the competitive amongst you, we use Golf Canada Handicaps to decide Team Handicaps. The lowest index player receives 25% of their handicap, then 20%, 15% down to 10% for the highest handicap. This is the recommended formula as set forward by Golf Canada.
It must be stressed that only one single prize is awarded each night to the most skillful team and all other gifts are awarded as door prizes. This is a very casual evening.
Power Carts
If your preference, or needs, are to ride a power cart, we'll reserve one for you. Please call the Pro Shop 1-2 days ahead of the event.
Sponsorship
As of now, we haven't been able to find an event Sponsor/Partner who would like to present the series of evenings. If you are interested, or know someone that may be interested please contact our Head Professional, Steven MacPherson who can share details with you. Click HERE
Cost
The cost of each event covers golf (for Guests), dinner and prizes (for those lucky ones).
The breakdown of cost looks like this:
$80 Guest Fee/$40 Green Fee/$32 Dinner/$8 Prizing
all include tax and gratuities.
Refunds
Over the summer months, the Pro Shop organises upwards of thirty single/multiple day events and close to one hundred further league events. We have learnt over many years of organising this calendar that charging ahead of time solidifies commitment for players. By further creating a Refund Policy, we have seen a dramatic reduction in late cancellations for our events. Late cancellations have a negative impact on the golf club's revenue stream, restaurants wastage, and Pro Shop Staff's admin labour.
If you need to cancel your registration here are the following refund guidelines:
Players receive 95% of their entry fee if cancellation occurs more than 30 days in advance
Players receive 75% of their entry fee if cancellation more than 72 hours in advance
Players receive NO REFUND if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours in advance
