18 HOLE DIVISION FORMAT:

• 18 holes; stroke play.
• Divisions: Boys 16-18, Boys 14-15, Boys 11-13, Girls 14-18, and Girls 13 & U

 

9 HOLE DIVISION FORMAT:

• 9 holes; stroke play.
• Divisions: Boys 10 & U and Girls 10 &U

 

TEE TIMES:

Tee times will start at 8 AM

 

ENTRIES OPEN: Monday, February 12, 2025

 

ENTRY DEADLINE: Tuesday, July 1, 2025, 11:59 PM

 

INFORMATION & PAIRINGS: Pairings will be sent out one week prior to the event.

 

PLAYER ENTRY FEE:

Member Pricing:

18 Holes: $70.00

9 Holes: $50.00

 

Non-Member Pricing:

18 Holes: $110.00

9 Holes: $80.00

 

PRACTICE ROUNDS:

Practice rounds are available. Please contact the Shelbyville Country Club Golf Shop (502) 633-7332 to book your tee time.

 

WARM-UP AREAS:

Shelbyville CC has a driving range that players will be allowed to use. Please check with the golf shop to see if range tokens are needed

 

SPECTATOR CARTS:

Spectator carts are available for a $25 rental fee (9- holes) and $45 (18-holes).

 

LATE ENTRIES: The KYPGAJT accepts late entries, assuming space is still available at the given event. Late entries will be subject to an additional $10 fee and can only be processed over the phone or through email.
