Registration Closes: Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 04:00 PM (or full) 

Format:

• Single Elimination Match Play, open to first (64) players to register.

Handicap: 

• Individuals will receive 100% of their lowest handicap from May 15 to current. Strokes will be awarded off the low handicap in the match, with the lower handicap member playing at scratch (zero).

Cost of the Event (First Round): $70

• Additional round cart fees not included.

• Golf (Primary & Secondary)

Tees (Tee It Forward):

• White Tees

Breaking Ties: 

• Extra Holes, playing the course as you first began

Match Play Round Deadlines: 

• The first round will take place on Saturday, May 17th. After, matches may be completed on or before the scheduled dates. Individuals may schedule their matches in advance by contacting the Golf Shop. In order to protect the integrity of play, TBDs are no longer permitted when scheduling a match with the intention of playing in a twosome. If the match isn’t played prior to the deadline date, the professional staff will reserve a tee time on the deadline date; if a member isn’t available to play, he will forfeit the match.
• Round of 64 - Single Day Round: Saturday, May 17
• Round of 32: Sunday, June 15
• Round of 16: Sunday, July 20
• Round of 8: Sunday, August 17
• Round of 4: Sunday, September 21
• Final Round: Sunday, October 5

Scorecards:

• Upon completion of your round please make sure there are two signatures attesting to the scorecard. Your score will not be official until we have two signatures. If there is an issue with a scorecard, please do not sign the card and see a member of the Professional Staff as soon as possible.
• Golf Genius mobile scoring is disabled for this event.

Close of Competition:

• The competition shall be deemed to have closed when the trophy has been presented to the winner, or in the absence of a prize ceremony, when all scores have been posted on the club scoreboard. 

Posting Scores:

• The golf shop staff will post all scores for the Round of 64 only.
