Welcome to the STLDGA Junior Championship
The STLDGA Boy's Junior Championship was first played in 1922. In 1977, the trophy was named after Hord Hardin, a native St. Louisan, who was president of the USGA, and then Chairman of the Masters Tournament from 1980 to 1991. Champions of this event include Jay Haas and Adam Long (currently competing on the PGA tour.)
This Championship is a two day Stroke Play event with Juniors competing in their own age division. Players not reaching age 19 by July 10th, 2025 are permitted to participate.
This is a National Junior Golf Scoreboard (NJGS) Ranked Event
The age divisions are:
16-18 - Junior Championship Division
14-15
12-13
11 & Under-This division plays 9 holes per day.
Each Division will play from age appropriate tees.
Entry Fee includes Green Fees, Lunch after Day 2 and a practice round on a space available basis.
