Dear Friends,

As a former CEO of Core-Mark, it was my privilege to serve an organization with so many dedicated and hardworking employees. They were an inspiration to me, and the many other volunteers who have gotten together to express that appreciation by forming the Core-Mark Families Foundation, or CMFF, a 501(c)(3) public charity. This is our way of saying “thank you for all you did and all you do.”  

Through the Foundation and with your generous support, we will provide opportunities in the form of scholarships to dependent children of Core-Mark employees. This year will be CMFF’s tenth annual fundraiser to support these efforts. The fundraiser will start with our “Driving Our Future Achievers” Pre-Party on Tuesday April 22nd and the golf tournament on Wednesday April 23rd, 2025, at the Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, Texas.

We all know that the expense of higher education is daunting. The money we raise goes toward the   tuition, books, room and board needed by deserving children of Core-Mark’s truck drivers, warehouse workers, merchandisers, clerks and other employees. An independent committee of volunteers identifies those qualified children who demonstrate the desire and aptitude to leverage higher education opportunities most effectively.
