DIVISIONS:
Copper: (5 Holes) This division is designed for new players and focuses on more fundamentals of the game.
Silver: (5 Holes) This division is designed for players who have a little experience but are not comfortable with a tournament format yet.
Gold: (9 Holes) This division is designed for players more comfortable in a tournament setting and will be played as far back as 200 yards and in with a shot maximum of 10.
Platinum: (9 Holes) This is our top division and is designed to align with local high school and US Kids tour events. It will play up to 2500 yards for 9 holes. There will be no shot maximum in the Platinum division.
Each division is not gender specific and is open to players of any age that align with their prospective skill level.
CADDIES: Are allowed and welcomed on the Mini Tour. All Caddies must check in with their players at registration. One caddy per player. (Caddies and players are not allowed in carts)
ENTRY FEE:
Copper & Silver Divisions: $35
Gold & Platinum Divisions: $45
FIELD SIZE: 48 Players.
YARDAGES:
Copper: 30 yards and in (10 shot maximum per hole)
Silver: 60 yards and in (10 shot maximum per hole)
Gold: 100 yards and in (10 shot maximum per hole)
Platinum: 200 yards and in (no shot maximum per hole)
CLOSING DATE: May 28, 2025 @ 5pm. If we reach our field size before that time, players will be put on a wait-list.
PRACTICE ROUND INFO: TBD
REGISTRATION: There will be a table set up near the entrance of the golf course for registration. This is where the player will receive information about the tournament as well as any questions parents or players have. Please check in at registration 20 minutes before your tee time.
SPECTATORS: Are encouraged to come out and support all players competing in the tournament. Spectators are subject to cart paths only and should not walk or ride on the fairways. Spectators are allowed to rent golf carts from the pro shop that day based on availability.
SCORING: Will be done immediately after the completion of play along with announcements and awards.
REFUND POLICY: If a player cancels from an event prior to the entry closing deadline, their refund will be honored less a $10 administrative fee. If a player cancels after the entry closing deadline but more than 48 hours prior to the competition date, a refund will be honored less 50% of the entry fee. No refunds will be honored for cancelling less than 48 hours prior to the competition. A player has the right to appeal for a refund to the Director of Competitions and Tournament Committee within 5 days of the completion of the event, for extreme circumstances. Documentation will be required in order to proceed with the appeals process.
