Good afternoon Early Bird competitors,

 

We look forward to hosting you this weekend. Some things to note:

 

  • The draw times are 8:00AM and 1:45PM on both Saturday and Sunday. You must register at the Golf Shop prior to each round to receive your official scorecard. Scorecards are traded with the other team in your group and must be signed and verified before returning them to the Golf Shop after your round.

 

  • The Saturday morning draw will be Men's Ch'ship Flight (h'cap +6 - 1), First Flight (h'cap 2 - 5), and Second Flight (h'cap 6 - 9). The Saturday afternoon draw will have Men's Third Flight (h'cap 10 - up), Ladies Division, Sr Men's Ch'ship Flight (h'cap 0 - 7), and Sr Men's First Flight (h'cap 8 - up).

 

  • Sunday morning draw will be Ladies Division, Sr Men's Ch'ship and First Flights, and Men's Third Flight. Sunday afternoon draw will be Men's Ch'ship, First and Second Flights. You must play in your flight on Sunday, no special requests will be considered. Sunday draw will be emailed after all play is completed on Saturday.

 

  • Your placement in a flight is determined by the lowest playing handicap of either partner based on the tee your Division will be playing from. Handicap indexes were verified on Wednesday, May 21 through Golf Canada. A list of flights will be posted in the clubhouse.

 

  • The event is a two person scramble. Winners are determined by the lowest total gross score over two days.

 

  • Prize values are based on the number of entries in each Division.

 

  • Rules for the event will be attached to your scorecard on the first day, please keep this on hand for day two.

  • The Brudenell Member's Clubhouse will be open this weekend after offering beer and cooler specials. Payment is cash or credit. Watch for the brown sign indicating the entrance to the clubhouse.

 

  • Driver Draw - We will be selling tickets on a driver of your choice (value up to $800) on Saturday. Tickets will cost $10 each or 3 for $20. Draw will take place after Saturday's round.
